Butch was born on April 10, 1945 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was the son of Lacy and Beulah (Fallingpot) Starr. Butch was a horse trader. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Round Springs Baptist Church.
