Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home - Grove - 918-786-2261..... Francis Allen Bartley of Wyandotte passed away January 4th, 2019. Francis was born August 7th, 1941 to Ollie and Geneva Bartley. He attended NEO A&M and graduated from Oklahoma State University. His engineering career led him to creating the largest mining trucks in the world. He visited every inhabited continent during that career. He married Janice Latty on August 6th, 1966 and raised three sons. He was widely considered a grump, but lovingly so. Francis is survived by his wife, Janice; three sons, Curtis, Brad (Dipti), and Bryan Andrew (Mandy); and grandson, Seth; as well as siblings William, Denny, Juelene Ryals, Roxie Smith, Bud, Sam, and Solon. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Vertie Barber and Mary Sue Lankard Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the Cornerstone Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Gideon's or to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home.
