Audrey Jane (Allard) Allen

Audrey Jane (Allard) Allen of White Oak, Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2021. She was at home at the time of her death surrounded by family. She was 86 years old. She was born September 17, 1934 to Alva Ernest and Ella Mae (Heard) Allard. She grew up and attended school at White Oak. Later she earned an associate degree in psychology at Rogers State College in Claremore. She married George Tune in 1951 and they had five children.  She later married William “Bill” Allen and they had one daughter.

Audrey worked for Eastern State Hospital. After she retired, she volunteered at Craig General Hospital. She was a lifetime member of White Oak Baptist Church.  She loved the Lord, her family, and her friends. She was generous to a fault. She was always there to lend a hand to those in need. Audrey was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend and she will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Arthur Allard, Alva “Bud” Allard, and Jackie Allard, daughter Pamela “Pam” Leforce and grandson Brandon Criswell.

She is survived by her sister Lorene Grant and husband Gary of West Virginia, her brother Billy Allard of White Oak, daughters Nancy Large who was her live-in caregiver for the past three years, Audrey “Jane” Tune of Vinita, Patsy Weaver and husband Kenny of Cleora, sons, Roger Tune and wife Delores of White Oak, Johnny Tune and wife Sarah of White Oak, fifteen grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, great, great-grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.

A visitation will be on Tuesday, January 05, 2021, at the Luginbuel Funeral Home chapel 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, January 06, 2021, 2:00 pm at White Oak Baptist Church with Pastor Leland Bartlett officiating burial will follow at White Oak Cemetery.
